Michael Dodas Obituary

SLC, UT -Michael N. Dodas passed away at home with his sister by his side from natural cause following a progressive illness. He was born November 14, 1950 in Salt Lake City to Nicholas and Rhoda Dodas. He graduated from Olympus High School in 1969. After putting in 30 years of service with the Dept. of Workforce Services Information Technology Division, he retired in 2001. Michael was an outstanding classical pianist, an award winning knitter and pattern designer, and a kind and generous human being. Michael is survived by his sister Andrea Dodas, brother Dennis (Linda) Caudill, nieces and nephews, and many wonderful friends. He was preceded in death by mother Rhoda Dodas, and father, Nicholas Dodas. In lieu of flowers please make a donation in his name to the Community Nursing Services Hospice Care Program located at 2830 S. Redwood Rd Suite A, West Valley City, UT 84119. He will be missed by all and forgotten by none. We would like to thank his Hospice nurse Shellie for her kindness and compassion. At Michael's request, there will be no services.
