RALPH A. FORBES JR.

Ralph A. Forbes Jr., 46, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 24, 1951, in San Diego. A resident for 20 years, he was a professional musician.

He is survived by his parents, Ralph A. and Barbara Forbes of San Diego; and one sister, Donna Forbes of Salt Lake City.

Visitation is scheduled 1:30 p.m. until a 3 p.m. service Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Graveside services will follow at 4 p.m. Friday in Palm Memorial Park.

The family suggests donations to the Ralph A. Forbes Memorial Music Scholarship Fund, Westminster College, Salt Lake City, UT.
